We would rather send you the right size than take a dress back. So exchanges are free and refunds are not — and we are telling you that here instead of at checkout.
The short version
- 30 days from delivery on full-price items. 14 days on sale items.
- Exchanges are free. No return fee, and we cover standard delivery on the replacement.
- Refunds carry a €4.95 return fee, deducted from the amount refunded.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Why we charge for a refund and not an exchange
Returns in womenswear are expensive and mostly caused by sizing. We would rather spend that money on measuring garments properly and on getting the right size to you than on free round trips. If the fault is ours — wrong item, a flaw, damage in transit — you pay nothing either way.
Your legal right of withdrawal
Separately from the policy above, EU consumers have 14 days from receiving an order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. We refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage is yours in that case. Nothing on this page limits that right.
Faulty items
You have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity on everything we sell. If something is faulty, tell us and send a photo — we will repair, replace or refund, at no cost to you.
How to start one
Email us with your order number and say whether you want an exchange or a refund. For an exchange, tell us the size you want instead. We reply within one working day.
