Everything below is what we can actually commit to. Where a figure is still being confirmed with our carrier, it says so rather than guessing.
Spain
- Standard delivery — €4.95. Free on orders over €75.
- Estimated delivery: to be confirmed with the carrier before launch.
- Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are processed the same day.
Rest of the European Union
- Standard delivery — rate to be confirmed per destination country.
- Free over €75.
- All EU orders ship duty paid. You will never be asked for anything at the door.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is collected. If the tracking has not moved in three working days, write to us before you worry about it — we will chase it.
If it is late
Under EU consumer law you can cancel and get a full refund if we miss the delivery window we gave you and miss it again after you have set us a reasonable extra deadline. We would rather sort it out before that point.
