Sizing

How do I know what size to take?
Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them to the chart on our Size & Fit page. Then read the How it fits section on the dress itself — it gives you the garment's own measurements and tells you what to do if you fall between two sizes.

I am between two sizes.
Follow the instruction on that specific dress. It changes by fabric: bias satin gives, poplin does not, a boned bodice should be taken at the chart.

Can you just tell me?
Yes. Send us your three measurements and the dress you are looking at and we will tell you which size we would send — or that none of them will fit you well, if that is the answer.

Orders and delivery

Where do you ship?
Spain and the European Union. See Shipping.

Will I pay customs?
No. EU orders ship duty paid.

Can I change my order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us with your order number.

Returns

Are returns free?
Exchanges are. Refunds carry a €4.95 fee, deducted from the refund. If the fault is ours, you pay nothing. Full detail on Returns & Exchanges.

How long do I have?
30 days on full-price items, 14 on sale. Your 14-day legal right of withdrawal applies on top of that.

The clothes

Where are they made?
Our supplier and manufacturing details are published on each product page once confirmed. We do not claim origins we cannot evidence.

Why are there no reviews?
Because nobody has bought anything yet. When they have, you will see real ones — with the size bought and how it fitted. We do not write our own.
